Serious problem with Afrihost uncapped tonight

I'm on the uncapped account of afrihost, and tonight I can only surf local sites. It's almost like when you've ran out of your telkom cap, and your only allowed to hit local sites. Anybody else experiencing this? :wtf:

Just started an international DL, getting 20-25kB/s.

Same, on 384k uncapped.
Was streaming A State Of Trance 450 from DI.fm and it just died a couple mins ago.

Had the same problem on datapro account and telkom on the call centre line of datapro this am they had a notification of high latencey on international links and the upstream provider investigating.

mweb 384k FTW uncapped account not working for international. Telkom Internet account working fine for international.
