Serious Problems !

I think you missed the boat when reading my post. It was not to be taken seriously (hence the "[;)]"). But maybe I should be more direct for those who obviously do not appreciate irony. What I meant by the post is that I too would like a 512K account to use on my 128K subscription, so if Dean found out this kind of info, he should let me know (in private)and not Sentech (who will no doubt fix another fault on their system thanks to their users). It was not serious, and was not meant to be misconstrued.

Jeez, get a beer, at least you'll have something to go with that chip on your shoulder.

Sentech would not be able to fix this problem easily as if you look at there setup, they use Radius on each tower, however, they dont have a live central radius server who could get this right.

Trust me they cannot fix this one without some serious network redesign

i have offered to help them fix the radius problems i have a system that works very well and is scalable ... allthough radius gets done all over session information is coalated centraly and a nice feature is account suspend on abuse :)

suspending accounts and people that do do this would be a great way to prevent more people from doing it...
