Looking for some advice and feedback.
I'm currently hosting with http://server-admins.net/. I have their reseller package R920.00 per month. Helm 4, unlimited everything. But the usual performance you can expect from a shared environment, nothing special as i was lead to believe when I originally signed up a few years ago.
The control panel is a bit sketchy, has absolutely no reporting. I have no idea what resources in terms of bandwidth and disk space my websites are using. They cannot fix it.
Service levels have also left me uncomfortable. In one instance I wanted to speak to some one in authority to discuss my concerns and the only two support staff they have refused to give me anyones details.
Today one of my sites was down and when I inquired how long it was down for I was told I must download the log files and find out myself. Seriously?
I was considering upgrading to their Express server but that lack of decent support is a huge factor.
Anyone else hosting with them, whats your experience?
