Server Down for 10+ Hours

Our server has been down since before 4:00 a.m. this morning and at this point all we get is no response. Does anybody at Afrihost have any idea whats going on at Gallo Manor and how much longer your servers will be down. We are now past 10 hours, which is critically bad from hosting supply point of view. Can we please get a reasonable and informative response other than "there is a problem at the Data Centre".

@aybbleek Many thanks for your comment. I am not sure this issue had anything to do with Gallo Manor as regardless of product, the lack of meaningful response from Afrihost remains true.

The problem was resolved not too long after my post, for which I am grateful. I do believe Mybroadband's exposure potential led to a string of responses (thank you Mybroadband), which is obviously good, but sadly too little, too late. When the VM's are running they are extremely reliable and they seldom go down; however, when they do go down, it's getting someone who actually knows anything real that becomes the frustration.

They had some downtime yesterday as well according to a thread I saw here.
They are most probably being flooded with support requests due to the Corona mass isolation problem.
I'm unaware if Business clients get preference, but it doesn't seem so looking at their support options.

I am sorry you experienced downtime handmade. Is everything running ok today?
