Set up router as repeater

Is it possible to set up an ADSL router as a repeater for my fiber installation?

ADSL router is Aztech 700wr

AFAIK if there is a WAN port you can use it as a repeater or extender, I think you need to switch of DCHP and firewalls on it though.

Depends, a repeater is usually linked to the primary router via wireless and so you need WDS or 2 radios on the router, if you are cabling the ADSL router to the primary, this is then just an additional access point but still extends your wireless coverage.

And yes you would need to disable your DHCP etc on the 2nd/ADSL router.

It is doable if your router can accept DD-WRT or OpenWRT being installed on it
