Setting up 1 man outbound call centre - Voip solution

Hi Guys

I am wanting to setup an outbound call center just for about 2 agents and was wondering what voip solution will be the most economical. It will be mainly for local(national) calls within SA.

I'd suggest individual VoIP lines from Switch Telecom (www.switchtel.co.za) with LinkSys SPA921 IP phones. The great thing is that should your demand grow and you need to offer inbound and/or multi-agent services, you can move from the single-line service to a virtual switchboard service offering call queues, IVR, etc, without having to change your VoIP phone number(s).

Considering this is a commercial requirement, not a personal one, quality should be your key concern. Rates are, nonetheless, competitive.
