Setup Fibre

Hi all,

Not sure if this is the right place to ask questions...
I would like to know how I can get permission from my local municipality to setup fibre network as an ISP in my neigborhood, Does anyone know? I spoke to people at Tswane but I am not getting clear answers.

You would need a license to operate and then it would be a case of getting wayleaves then implementing.

There are a lot of steps involved in doing the above.
