Sfotware needed

Hi guys wanting to go uncapped and need to know if there is software to enable or disable downloads at a specific time.
You can only have uncapped at 8-8 so need to start and end at those times.
Any advice?
I wont always be near my PC.

Will be using Rapidshare with Free Download manager and Grabit.

You can set FreeDownloadManager to use a schedule. Just check your settings.
I don't use Grabit but I know Alt.Binz has a scheduler option as well.
