Shaky hands

It's the lack of caffeine.

I have coffee every day of my life, if I skip a day I start shaking.

Also make sure you use freshly ground beans.
Well done. You have embarked your 12 step journey.

If you ask the internet for medical help someone is going to give you the instructions on how to make mustard gas. Go see a doctor.

Not sure if serious?
The jaundice sounds like liver damage to me. Get it checked out.
Probably should, don't drink that much anymore, mostly because I don't go out so much.

Another note I calculated the other day, I've probably had more than 5000 energy drinks in the last 6 or 7 years, surely they can't be as bad as people love to rant on about.

So at least two a day?

I don't know about moderate to high long term use, but binging on it is definitely very bad.

Ok, seeing the doc on Thursday.
Fml

And follow through. If they send you to see a specialist, suck it up and go. Don't put it off.

Also, bonus points if you end the consultation by telling the doc to "shake on it".

2 jip

That man is mental, would have thought that such a high dose so quickly would race your heart and make you desperately uncomfortable, but then again I suppose if you chug 12 cokes something bad would happen as well.

All in moderation.

So apparently the docs just going to give me beta blockers. Should I still go or self medicate?
I really don’t want to go...

Where did you get the beta blocker thing from? Wtf is with this irrational fear of a person who can help diagnose what's wrong with you? You now want to self medicate for what you imagine the doc will say...so take drugs you might not even need and have a potential issue go undiagnosed. You're being really silly.

Else ask around for doctor recommendations in your area if you really don't like or trust your current one.

Please go to a pharmacist and ask for some OTC beta blockers and see how that goes for you.

How do you know what the doctor is going to do? Google?

So for the past 9 months or so I’ve had shaky hands, they just shake sometimes, totally involuntary.
It comes and goes but becoming more prevalent now. Even when making a cup of coffee when it’s most noticeable.

Haven’t bothered to have it checked out. Scared of doctors.
Anyone experienced such a thing?
Not old age, still in my 30s.
Drink more until they look steady?

I agree with what all the others have said: at minimum see a doctor.

And ask the doctor if he feels that you should be referred to a neurologist.

There are over a 100 (I kid you not) possible causes for your tremors, hence the need for a specialist diagnosis.
