Sharing files on the cloud

Hi all,

I want to share Microsoft Excel files on the cloud for various departments and grant users rights on them. I will need about about 200gb of cloud storage. What solution can you recommend?

O365, you get 1TB Onedrive storage with. Easy to share Excel etc. from there.
