Thank you Shaun for sorting out the problem with Std bank business online it is now working fine. Your input is certainly appreciated by some of the people frequenting this forum.

I am sure Shaun Green must be taking strain bigtime these days. Much like the people who started up Vodacom and MTN did. I know what it feels like and how it can almost kill you. No need to elaborate.

For me, it would be really nice if WBS would post a very small, even if, one liner at least acknowledging a problem rather than staying mum about it. It appears the silence is what irks most people on this forum. What would also be nice is a document/newsletter explaining what protocols aren't allowed and which are

Thanks for the assistance this a.m. [yes I called Shaun, and Shaun called me back several times to check if the issue had been resolved] :).

IMO iBursters should give Shaun a break, what do I mean? Well he is helping, he is only 1 person taking calls from loads of customers every day, even worse calls outside of work hours - give the guy some time to spend with his family & let him get some sleep - don't make him take calls at 02:00 (am).

Halicon, I presume you were referring to Sasan? - he's on the same base-station is he not?

IC: i have no problem with shaun, and recon his a real cool chap. Its that fraudulant company that he works for that steals my money every month that i have major issues with.

I think poor shaun is in bad company
