Shopping for new iSP

I'm on the lookout for a new ISP - can you suggest a good one other than Afrihost. I just about had enough of their incompetence.
I cannot waste my time taking pictures of my router, ONT and whatnot every time I speak to an agent when following up.

Did you know that we have @Afrigirl here that would probably be able to assist you a lot better than the call center guys?

Not really incompetence, they follow a script, they can't do anything else besides follow the script
It is annoying, but contacting Afrigirl will help as they have much more power and can resolve issues much quicker

I disagree with getting it resolve quicker. I called their offices and held a fibre guy at ransom, and only then it was kind of resolved. It's still not 100%.

Well I definitely get things resolved quicker via Afrigirl, so not sure what is up with your issues then.
The support I get via Afrihost I would never get from other ISPs, besides Cool Ideas

My man, good luck. You will probably not find better than the other names mentioned here. What about Mweb?

I don't like AH, but your " " "choices" " " are simply limited. Do you think the script they give you is out of choice? ALL isps will force the same onto you as it is dictated by the FNO most of the time. Cannot believe we are 16 posts in and there has been no mention of who the FNO is. Mind sharing who the FNO is?

Having the ISP in your province will also not help, much

May I be so bold and recommend Telkom? As the FNO and the ISP if you have that luxury
