Hi all!! I need some advise. I have tried this morning to get hold of anybody that can sell me iBurst.
Phoned each and every number on the iBurst site, Pressed each and every button option on the automated service from sales to janitor but nobody picks up the phone. The "please hold we are busy" music is such that after 20 seconds you are irritated like hell. I am trying to get hold of a Pre Paid package advertised as R999 but as I said "No Help". Oh and the "email us" option on the website brings up a "Apologies an error has ocurred in the myBurst system. Please try again later or call client services on 0877 20 20 20" message.
If I have so much trouble just trying to get a sale done what is the support really like? Is it really as bad as I can read in these forum topics? What trouble will I have when trying to redeem vouchers purchased at Pick n Pay?
