While this is sound; if the problem lies with yourself you can quit as much as you like, but the next place will make you feel the same. E.g. you can't say no, and you let people walk over you. Even 100 jobs down the line people will still do this until you realise one day that you need to say no correctly and manage the people in it properly.
Finally and yes when that is done and you have done what you can to make it work and it is still not working then sure go look for something else.
Man the f*** up. You're not a child anymore. Start adulting.

Sufficient grounds for a grievance and disciplinary hearing...You could easily earn double that working from home blogging for websites as a journalist. Maybe start doing it as a side gig until you no longer need your current job? Don't feel too bad I made many mistakes in my youth.
Also, calling someone stupid is not acceptable.
Hey man,
The "man up" advice isn't going to work for you, it's easy for people to make comments from the things you share but nobody knows how hard it is for you nor are they in the situation you are in.
Quitting your job is always hard, and it can be both frightening and stressful once you have done it, but you have to ask yourself if it is worth going into a place that makes you unhappy every day. Even if you don't quit right now, set up plans of leaving once you have met certain goals. Jobs aren't as scarce as many people think they are, at least not the ones for less than R5000 a month, if you are willing to work hard and conduct yourself properly.
I loved my job and was loved in my job, but you can only "man up" so many times and sacrifice things before you slowly lose everything you love for a work situation that makes you unhappy. I quit, but had to plan very carefully before I quit, and now I am happier than I have ever been.
All the best for your future

I can handle a joke at my expense, and I can tolerate people's BS moods too.Now that's unnecessary, why not just respond with ja fok jou ook.

But call someone stupid in the workplace, not acceptable. The law is clear on that one, as is the HR policies at most companies I've worked for.
I have had a conversation with the OP last year when he graduated. He might be a soft sort, and a millennial as you put it, but, people being arseholes in the workplace because they can, never sat well with me.
