Should I upgrade or wait for xbox 720?

Hi well I have been saving up and I have enough money to build my dream pc I have about R9000. Or do you guys think I should wait for the new xbox 720 to come out and buy that?

You can get a good PC for R9K. May not be your dream machine, but it'd certainly be mine. What's your current rig look like, Cryax? The 720/PS4 will probably be revealed at E3 this year, but will only be available towards the beginning of the Christmas season next year.

Most likely 2014.... Rather get a decent PC now & save up for the 720
 
Get a 360 now on special and save your cash. Then get the 720 when it comes out.
I moved from PC gaming to XBox about 3 years ago and never looked back.
You will see 8 to 10 years of life from your console.
Buy game, put in console, play. So simple.
 
If playing games is your only requirement, go the console route.
If you want to play games and also do x, y and z, get a pc.
 
Guys I am 16 so R9000 is alot of me if you understand.
 
I would go the PC route. A year is quite long to wait for the Xbox 720.

You could build a very decent gaming PC for R9k. Have you got a decent screen, etc or will you be building from scratch?

Have to agree with mike here as I did the same, co op and offline LAN was our thing but now these days you guys know how it goes.... so then ever since my 360 - get at home pop on that headset and I'm kicking butts in less than 3 minutes!

S you might get a decent pc now and it will be- and perform good but then your lifespan will be much shorter than going for a true dream system and I don't think R9000 can get anyone that system.

Get a 360 now and you'd have some cash for a decent tv. There's no definite date on the new Xbox so why wait when you can game now
 
You can not only build a dream gaming pc for R9000, but you can buy one that is miles more sensible then more expensive ones.
 
Lol.So if i were you here's what i would do:

Build Gaming PC:
>Get Mic
>Get Controllers

But with a budget of 9k ,few know how to make a gaming PC off of that.So i would buy the PC and sell it later if i want a 720.
 
Depends on how much xbox 720 going to cost I won't spend like 10k on a console.That's just me

No console has ever cost that much.
Typically around R3.5 to R4k for the top version and will see you 8 to 10 years before you need to get the next version.
