The online service is zero rated so the department is really trying to make things easy for the learners. Not necessary in this tech age. Make them available online for access only by a student. They already do that with those SMS service, WhatsApp and other online avenues just maybe not free but the department should make it free. This newspaper thing puts undue pressure on the matriculants. They have nosy neighbours and what not buying the things to see if others passed or failed instead of worrying about their own failing spawn.
