So much riding on them, so much pressure, that if they've underperformed the perception of their failure being perceived as "public" could just be too much to bear.
Imagine telling a prospective employer to refer to the newspaper instead of you supplying them with your matric results, I like it, it can make life so much easier.Employers have the right to know who is working for them. As such, both criminal records, as well as matric results, should be made publically available for and to all individuals in the country. These are things that define an individual for their entire life.

The Gauteng High Court in Pretoria has ruled that the Department of Basic Education should publish the matric results on media platforms.
The National Senior Certificate results will be released on Thursday.
Last week, the department announced that matric results would no longer be published on public platforms, saying doing so would be in violation of the Protection of Personal Information Act.
I mean we already experienced the number of matric learners who committed suite for not seein there names on newspapers. Scared that Family and Friends Will be laughing AND judging them. Its supposed to be their secret. Not for the world to see!!!
