Chances is that it is explained on the Buzz download page.

What theme is this?

Did you download the UCCW skins / uzips that correspond with the theme?

You would have to do it in Photoshop. The wallpaper holds the icons (well, it looks like it does in this instance). The shortcut is probably an invisible icon.

Takes all of a few minutes with Buzz Launcher. That's one of the downloadable themes...

As an example, this 2 screen setup took 5 minutes to put together, with page 2 acting as a launcher for alternate apps I occasionally use...

That's the one thing I miss as well, but Buzz Launcher has a nice feature where you can vote for new features. I already voted for some of the things I want.

Some really good screens here! Buzz has made it really easy now. Shame, all the expert screen modders out there must be so pissed that their expertise has been made so accessible with another method
