Decided to go with this Buzz.

Reasons I like it:
One homescreen only
Very simple and clean (re last 2 reasons, I use swipepad to access most of my apps anyway)
Dark (less battery power usage and I just like darker)
Still have visibilty of notification bar
It's Batman, the best superhero ever.

Finding a liking to Smart Launcher. A much simpler interface than all the other launchers with a neatly categorized drawer. Compatible with icon packs for other launchers as well.

I'm using Buzz Launcher now and mucking about with homescreens. I haven't got a final layout ready yet but I'll show when I do. I'm encountering an issue with UCCW where it just sticks at Loading... and never gets to the point of installing the widget. Has anyone else come across this?

No option to tap the widget to create it? What happens when you do tap on it?

There isn't a visible widget in the Loading dialog area. So I'm guessing it's trying and failing to find the settings it needs to load up.

Steps:
You click the placeholder on the screen
It asks if you want to load the UCCW custom widget
You say yes
It takes you to Loading dialog and just stays there.

Do you have any UCCW custom widgets installed, if yes are they placed in the right folder?

To add to what Dom1n8tr1x asked, have you imported any skins from the relevant uzips?

Er no that could be the issue.

Noperino. I assumed it would do that service on my behalf. So you're saying I have to do some work here? SIGHHHH

Just ordered a S4 (coming from Apple), hope I'm not going to be disappointed.

Massive learning curve coming my way...

Uccw uses uzip files while the built in widget customiser contains the files by default. Some people haven't ported their uzips into the new widget maker so you require the uzips. They're usually found in the details or comments section. Copy them to your uccw folder and select it when you click on the uccw widget download button from the home screen...

Useful thanks.

while we talking about launchers.. one thing that really pisses me off about Nova is the wallpaper management options.

Settings > Wallpaper only changes the Wallpaper for the HS and not for the LS. How dumb is that?
