How do I get a white status bar at the top without rooting? Is there an easy UI app that allows me to change fonts and colours without doing much else? I tried one or two, but they change the whole look of Jellybean which is too drastic for my liking. Just a plain way to change colours and fonts is what I want.

Flash the newer BXXX Samsung firmware, like BMF8. It wont be completely white, but rather semi transparent, like this (fades to black) ...
