I was using Cognition 2.2 BETA 7, but it's for the Captivate(USA variant of the Galaxy S models).

The Metamorph that was applied at the time was the Minimalistic Mod v1.4, and I had also applied the NakedWhite skin for Swype.

The folders come with FolderOrganiser(paid app) and the lockscreen is the WidgetLocker(paid and a must have imo).

Currently I'm running on Shep211's JPM\JI6 ROM, strapped with the new z4mod lag fix(replaces Samsung's RFS completely with EXT2).
 
Kinda boring and not as customised as most of you guys, but nevertheless, here's mine:

Incidentally, my screens might look like a mess, but it works pretty well for me.

Homescreen gives access to "core" phone functions, ie. dialer, contacts, SMS, email, music, plus Facebook.

One swipe to the right gives one-click access to settings, silent mode, flashlight, plus some of my more frequently-used applications.

One swipe to the left gives me my most frequently-used contacts, basically a quick-dial list for Android.

Two swipes to the right gives me less-frequently used apps, plus a music widget.

Two swipes to the right gives access to system tools and settings, plus a couple of random widgets I stuck there to fill up space. It's kind of unnecessary to have this stuff on the desktop, so at some point in the future I might clear this screen to make way for better applications or widgets or whatever.

Point is, I can access a whole lot of stuff with a series of 2-3 swipes or clicks.
