:wtf: ... hope they didn't drop a "9" - definitely going to trial ShowMax when it becomes available.
 
Decent price looks good, now we just have to test it with 7 day free trial.

Nice entry level price to drive Vidi and a few other services out of business (and to hook in lots of base subscribers), then after a few years it will be up to R799 a month again! :D

Anyways by the looks of the google cache of showmax.com they will have a very decent selection of top series included in the R99 price. In fact it almost looks better than having DSTV..... Skip Netflix this looks pretty decent actually. Would like to see the quality of the streams.
 
Nice. Wonder if I can stream straight to LG TV (I don't have WebOS).

Amazing how Naspers are suddenly able to offer this affordable service now that Netflix's arrival is imminent. Thanks but no thanks.
