If you hit the arrows at the top, there are more cameras. It's amazing how much the shutters flex and the mirrors bounce :eek:
 
I wish they kept the sound. Must be the most horrible noise ever...
Just one of the big flaws in SLR.

Wow - thats got to lead to some serious wear and tear. It's impressive that they last so long.

Thinking about it my second-hand Pentax MX that I was using back in high school has probably only had a fraction of the actuations my newest dSLR has had.

I usually have them on silent!

Silences is golden, Golden ! (especially when making a movie while you do the shoot).
But I must admit the D1 is a little less noisy than some SLRs I have worked along with. Guess it was because it was an outdoors session.
 
Sod quiet - the Canon 1DMkIII sounds like poetry! :D
