Sim card registration

I registered an 8ta sim that I urgently needed. They said registration will be instant but it isn't working. How long will it take?

Should be instant if you received confirmation from the consultant who helped you. Example a piece of paper or on-screen RICA SUCCESSFUL

Yes like I said I registered the sim card. Consultant said everything is good. It still says sim not provisioned

Its not rica'd then. Did you do this at the the Telkom store? I do know they sometimes if the rica registration portal is offline they just place a order to have the sim actiavted. That means that a person needs to activate the simcard during business hours and takes like 1 or 2 working days.....

They have to do this for me now since I had the reached the 10 sims limit. What a annoyance....
