SIM registrations must be linked to Home Affairs data

Vodacom Group CEO Shameel Joosub has called for a "more sophisticated" SIM card registration system in South Africa, and Farhad Khan, former MTN Zambia CEO and independent consultant, agrees.

And yet ... there is no way to ask certain (unnamed) network operators to block and delete all SIMs/numbers allocated against your name except numbers you specify (e.g. due to SIM swaps, porting out/in, etc).
Instead... they up the limit.
