My cell c sim doesn't read any Network on different devices and I can't receive any calls or messages nor to check my balance it says emergency calls only or insert sim..

Purchase a new Cell C SIM card that is not RICA registered.
Send us the following:
The RICA serial number of the new SIM card
Your alternative contact number
The Cell C number you need to swap
