Morning all, I've been trying to find a sim racing products in Durban
I've been looking for something like the Next Level Racing Wheel Stand DD for Direct Drive Wheels (NLR-S013) or similar
Any idea of where I can buy this. Amazon has it for R2700 but R5600 for delivery which is madness

Well if a stand is the only thing you are looking for, a drive around your local area will surely reveal an engineering works which can make this in their tea break. A 50x50x3mm length of square tubing would be about R500, and if welding properly will not only host your sim gear flex free , but your track bike too

There are many local discord sim racing groups with buy and sell areas. Custom made frames and pre built are sold. Look for raceface and monday night racing groups in particular. Look in the sell and buy sections

You can maybe try Scott's Shipping Services to bring something in: https://mybroadband.co.za/forum/threads/scotts-shipping-services.867992/

I imported a GT Omega stand a year or two ago: https://www.gtomega.com/products/classic-steering-wheel-stand

If you want rigs instead then there's a lot more options. I know some people who make ones. PM me if you want more info. Or you can go a bit more expensive like the ones from TGN race Simulators:

Thanks guys ill give these options a try want to get all the equipment done before December.
I'm interested in the gt omega but ill try all the options

Why is it so difficult to find gaming products
I'm looking for the new Logitech G923 steering wheel

Corona. My last stock consignment from China has been stuck in customs for 6 weeks. They are beyond useless. It got from China to Joburg in 3 days. Now it's just sitting there and I'm sitting here without income.

I'm looking for something like this, preferably made in SA, any advice where to look? I was thinking I should attempt to build my own but the cost of the steel or aluminum would probably make it pointless.

I'm looking for something similar. A friend of mine has a nice rig made of aluminium; boxed stuff so can add or remove bits from it. Think it cost him like 9k.
