Hey Guys,

Not sure if anyone has this model but wanted to check if thats wall mountable
I had this tv for a while now but It wasn't mounted.
Now I want to wall mount it but I cant seem to figure out.
maybe i am missing something but it does not seem to have the points for attaching the tv bracket.
Its a fairly new model.

take a nice and clear picture of the entire back of the tv.. we can then see if it has the required vesa mounting holes.. sinotec being what it is, has not got a lot of online resources that are easily found to determine things like this.. attach the pic here and we will let you know what is happening..

I have the same model. It does not have VESA mounting points, but there are two mounting points that can be used to wall mount it.
Mine has been mounted like this with no problems.

Incidently, you will find that Makro mount this model in their stores as I have described.

Hi, bought this model today, and discovered that it only has two mounting holes. Strangely, my previous sinotec, a 42inch had the proper 4 holes for the brackets.
I have mounted the 49inch using the two holes, but I have visions of it falling off the wall! Is the one screw per bracket strong enough to hold the TV up without fatigue setting in over time and breaking? I note that you mention makro mounting it like too.

Mine has been up for well over 6 months. There is unlikely to be any fatigue to the screws as there is no movement to produce any.

Hi Billy,

A mate of my mine has a similar problem. Is your one still hanging ok?

It has now been installed for more than 3 years without a problem. Two screws will support the weight, but four gives extra rigidity.

I have the same problem. I resently bought a 58 inch at Makro and it has two bottom holes. I would to know to those who have mounted it, if they had used a normal wall bracket or a specific one.

/facepalm.. I have the same TV with the same problem. Is there perhaps a special bracket for TV's that only have 2 holes like this TV?

If all else fails, perhaps a spring washer will help the situation a bit... ?

A manual for this model I came across suggests that those sold in Australia are suitable for wall mounting only. Hence unlikely the ones available here are wall mountable.
