In this day and age if a comapny doesn't answer emails then they shouldn't bother being in businesss.
VOX will not do SIP trunking they want the person to purchase their ADSL phone which they allow to access their network. I've discussed this with them asking them to allow SIP connections from other devices or systems, they refuse.
