Switchtel Meltdown?

Switchtel SIP accounts aren't registering since this morning.

Tried 2 SIP accounts, 2 different devices, 2 apps, 2 internet connections, reboots and nothing's resolved it.
Also calls to their own call centre number are failing to connect, so can't call in for support.

Their website just has a message on it saying "Error establishing a database connection".

They're usually very reliable.. never seen such a comprehensive failure of service from them.

Anyone else experiencing the same today?
 
Website seems to have just come back up..
And their mail ticketing system seem to be accepting messages - got a generic ticket opening autoresponse to my support email query.

SIP account registration is still failing though.

We sincerely apologise for the recent disruption on our network. As you are aware our services were fully restored by 10:37am.

Incoming and outgoing calls are working fine here so your issue may be more specific to your location/package/service/config.
Nope, they had a global outage 6th October 11:16-11:26. On their network status page & I spoke to them on the phone
