My sincerest apologies for the recent downtime on MyADSL. The problems seem to be sorted out now and we hope that this will not occur again. I am well aware that you guys deserve a better service that this and I will do my best to avoid these problems in future. I think I will need to run a ‘double competition’ this month to make up for it
