I have 13 dragon scales (and 15 bones, but I doubt i'll use them) I'm guessing that I'll use it for making dragon scale armor when I reach 100. Is there any light armor between glass and dragonscale? I see on the right-hand tree they have dwarven/orc/ebony etc. but I'm guessing that's all just heavy armor.
How does glass armor compare with the set you receive from the dark brotherhood/thieves guild?
Guys whats the best way to get dragons to land on ground? I have no ranged attack and the crappers keep landing on the roof of buildings where I cant reach them

lol I forgot about my companion, cant remember where she is!Lure them to the flat lands outside Whiterun. Alternatively, geta staff that does bolts of damage if, like me, you're adverse to levelling up skills that your character wouldn't have.
Or give a companion a bow!

Will try the staff thing if it doesnt level skills i dont want
So I've been reading a lot of other forums that people complain the game is too easy.
Anyone have opinions on this?
My thoughts are that the game is very much what you make of it. I have solely focussed on my Archery, Light Armor, Lock Picking and Pick Pocketing skills thus far, with a little bit of One Handed tossed in. I plan to Alchemy when I get the time and guess that I will have to take up smithing and enchanting at a much later stage.
Due to the skills I have chosen my armor and weapons are limited to what I can find or buy.
As for actually playing, I prefer my bow over everything else at this stage (level 36). Yes, in most instances I can get a one shot kill on a lot of mobs, if this doesn't happen I have to make sure I can stay hidden to get off additional shots. If a group comes at me I have to be in a position that I can move, shoot and stay hidden while I pick off the guys one by one. If I can't stay hidden I'll switch to daggers and consume a lot of health potions while trying to melee, this is 50/50 at best. In the rare instances I can't get a decent shot off with my bow I'll sneak up and steal the weapons and armor off my target before attacking them with a dagger. This all works for me.
When it goes wrong with the sneaking part I know that I'm in for a rough ride. Mages need 2-3 hits to get me down, Giants make me bounce very quickly and I have a huge dislike for ice trolls. Dragons are basically 2 hits and I'm toast.
Thus in the situations where I can't use my normal style I need to adapt in order to kill. With dragons for example this entails taking a shot and running towards the nearest tree to shield me from their breath, when they stop, pop out and take a few more shots and hide again.
All in all though I really enjoy everything I experienced so far and have not found the game all that easy. I'm sure I could make it a lot easier by doing my smithing and enchanting now and equiping myself to the hilt, but why? The challenge from not doing this is fun!
When I do smithing I'll most likely skip over the glass route and go around the daedric side.
My thinking is that the daedric bow and daggers are better than glass and I can still make dragonscale armor.
Strictly speaking I shouldn't be getting hit so the armor doesn't bug me.
I thought the dwarf/orcish/ebony/daedric route was all heavy armor oriented...
