Hi Leon. Yes I did uninstall WoW but then I reinstalled it on Saturday. Unfortunately when I try get hold of you on the mobile phone it just rings. There is major difference between web based downloads and ping times for gaming. You can have a 2 meg line but if u have a rubbish ping time then the game wont work or your lag will be so high that u cant play. I can only imagine that it has something to do with your firewall blocking me as i cannot ping anything past the internal network and that I am sure will affect my latency. I upgraded my account just to have a test run to see how much difference there was as Ryno explained.
Anyways I hope we can arrive at a good solution here.
I did not have any missed calls Saturday except from the technician, did you call the correct number ? 0716861948. Now that WOW is back on your pc we will try again to see where the issue is. It wont be the firewall as you are on the same network as everyone else without issue. I am going to run a few tests against the long range link between us to see if that is not maybe the cause.

big up to skytec this week, leon phoned to check if my line was running fine as nobody was using it, therefore there was no traffic flowing, so leon phoned to check if my line was running fine, but it was of course lol.
