Yeah all good here now. At least they sort their problems out quick.
 
My download speed is still atrocious - PN 492 in Constantia Kloof - 7-10KB/s
 
I know but think about Telkom, normally it can take over 2 days to get it sorted, sometimes even longer.

to be honest, I can't recall that ever happening unless its a cable break or cable theft! Otherwise Telkom may be the devil, but they are top of the game in SA!.
 
I think we are all getting good speeds because the majority of Neotel users have probably buggered off on holiday in our respective areas.

If this stays like this, I am very happy.

I don't need 400KB/s (4mb ADSL) I'm happy with 200KB/s (2mb) and if most games work online (I'm going to start trying to play online) then I'm very happy.
 
My major problem with Neotel was that this kind of thing usually allways happens over weekends, wiht no one anywhere having any idea what is wrong.

Very true... There is no communication between Neotel and the outsourced call centre and that is very irratating. :twisted:
