SLOW internet past few days?

I'm on 4 Mb and things are crawling, worst I've ever experienced.

Having said that, I've found this. Not sure where Eastern Region is:

Scheduled for: 2010/09/07 20:00:00

Time Down : 2010-09-07 20:00
Time Up : 2010-09-08 06:00

All customers connecting to this link may experience intermittent service interruption.

Web Africa customers will unfortunately be affected by this outage as well.

Downtime will be kept to a minimum.

That's interesting, don't know where Eastern Region is either but you'd think the least they can do is let us know about this ! I found that Mweb stated on their site that there is Telkom outages in various areas. Yesterday and today
