Slow LTE upload speed

Hi,
I use a Huawei LTE dongle which works just fine but lately my upload speed has gone down the drain, I know upload is slower than download (on ADSL I saw a factor of 4x difference) but the upload below is nearly unusable. On speedtest.net I get:

Download: 20+ mb/s
Upload: 0.1 - 0.2 mb/s (consistently)

Any idea what could be going on here?

This problem has been going on for about a year. I cancelled.

So annoying! Today (on LTE) I get 1mbps download and 0.01mbps upload. It's like going back to the 90's with a 56k modem!

I will can this as soon as soon as I have a fibre option.

Every evening. During the day ok.

My problem is during the day, have not really checked in the evening. Most times download is pretty good but the upload is where I am really struggling - it' so bad that when I am uploading to eg. dropbox the internet is completely unusable during that period

Got my router yesterday and getting 30mb down and 9mb up, which i am pretty happy about considering slow adsl
