Are you guys also experiencing slow speeds and packet loss on international traffic?

Probably due to the fibre lines killed by earthquake. Apparently one of the repair ships returned to port due to a problem.

Yup. Just assumed it's due to the earthquake... there've been messages regarding the link from New York to Japan on the SAIX Noticeboard for a few days now..

nzb i still get 55KBps strait from giganews

torrents i can test out tonight.
