There was an improvement around the time the Eassy cable fault was repaired, but it has gotten worse again in the last week or so.

"An error occured. Please try again later."

This single line is getting extremely irritating when trying to watch a Youtube vid:mad:
Can we please have the service we pay for? Or is that just too much to ask for?

This error is so far beyond frustrating. I am for the first time since signing with i-burst looking seriously at other options.

Been attempting to kick in GGC for local servers the whole week without success. I suspect the final solution would come next month when we will do a local national backhaul transit to Google at CINX.

Any idea WHEN during April this will happen? Trying to watching anything on YouTube is REDICULOUS!

"An error occured. Please try again later."

iBurst should put that message as a headline on their website:mad:

PLEASE FIX THIS YOUTUBE PROBLEM ASAP. It has been going on for months now.

Just check when last iburst actually helped us out, i personally think they gave up cause there service is just beyond horse shut

So when exactly is this Youtube issue getting sorted out?
Come on now, don't you think that 2+ months of this total ***** has been long enough?

I think there has been an improvement in playing videos from YouTube since the middle of February.
What is happening to me now is I can start a video, it plays perfectly without buffering for a few minutes and then it starts buffering, then playing for a few seconds, then buffering again, and so on. I just have to pause the video and leave it for a few minutes to allow it to buffer to the end.

It's almost as if something along the way is "losing interest" in this http connection.

If it was only a buffering issue I'd be quite happy.

Sadly as can be seen in the following pic, this is not the case.
I'm not getting the "An error occured. Please try again later." message that you and Bursty-dude are getting. Maybe you are experiencing a different problem?
I think Bursty-dude's problem may be congestion at his tower.

I get that error message on about 90% of the vids I try watch.
Even downloading the vids takes hours. Other times the vids buffer for about 20 seconds then go straight to the end of the vid.

I have even formatted and reloaded the OS and programs over the weekend and still no change. Not just one tower, ALL the towers in my area are congested acoording to the tech who fitted the flat panel. Oh well, only 9 months left on this contract....

Honestly, I am giving up on moaning about utter crap speeds, Youtube vid failures, etc with iBurst.
Paying almost 700 bucks per month for this crap is beyond contemptable and like I said, just 9 months left of this contract.........

Please disregard my previous post.

Youtube vids are watchable again. 100 cheers for Mel:)
I even had 5 seperate vids buffering at once (all 720p and all longer than 15 minutes) and they all played with no issues and without the dreaded error message popping up.

YouTube was completely watchable for me the past couple of days. No excessive buffering, no errors messages, no problem! But, it seems tonight things are going downhill again.... iBurst, whatever you did over the weekend - do it again! Please.
