Slow website loading for MyBroadband

Hi there

Over the past week we have been experiencing some slow website loading. This is again happening today, and the problem seems to be related to packet loss on the Hetzner network.

Hetzner is looking into the issue and we hope the site will be back to normal soon.
 
LOL I fired Telkom today and got myself two CellC 5GB sticks and was testing the speed on MyBB. I was a bit concerned about the speed I was getting on MyBB, then I saw this thread. Whew!

Other sites are fast though. Yaay for CellC. Telkom you suck bigtime!:mad:
 
I am sorry about the downtime again this morning - no feedback about the problems so far.

I can promise you that we are pushing the issue from our side...
 
Hi uncle rpm.

Something is still not right. I have been battling this entire month on MTN 3G as well as WebAfrica DSL at work accessing the forum. It is not just slow, it is really painful.

Even Google and Yahoo is faster.

Could Hetzner look into the issue again? This is on the News Section and Forum as well.
 
my problem is that all websites are loading extremely slowly, not just mybb. Started last night and it's really annoying.
 
Thanks for the update rpm, was beginning to wonder why pages came out half-loaded.
 
Having this problem quite often these days through WebAfrica.

When I switch to IS-based account it loads just fine.
 
I sometimes also get slow response during the day, on a uncapped Mweb Business ADSL line. But normally if I refresh it works fine.
