I use a package called Auto Focus, it's VERY simple. It also tracks my business cash position so I know when I need to bring in money and what needs paying. It is also simple to give to my auditors as I can export everything to CSV, it automatically balances my bank so I know when I'm out and it does all the account entries for me, no debit and credits.

I got a flyer in my Post Box about the Pastel My Business, also on special for R699, it says that you should call and quote a ref no, it's MB2008 if anyone needs it. Valid till 30 Sep 2008.
I personally use TurboCash, it's quite a nice program, I'm thinking of buying Pastel My Business, just to get to know the program, as I have clients that use it, they don't have a support contract with pastel so I always have to figure out how to solve any issues they might have.Paulr said:
