Small office solution

Hi,
Can you guys give me some recommendations please?
I have the following setup:
Office with 3 developers and 1 marketer, 1x ADSL 4Mb with 012 number.

I want clients to be able to phone the 012 number and have it answered via Skype or what have you. Phone calls made should be routed through the ADSL or POTS, whichever is cheaper. I'm thinking asterisk and Digium X100M. Any thoughts?
