Just like 3D TV's that (almost) no one uses the 3D functionality of

Crap software. Horrible and slow. Frustrating to use. Fortunately I didn't pay extra for the Smart function.

I have a 3D Sony 40" TV but I wasn't prepare to spend R1000 for each of the 3D glasses needed.

Gimme a TV to do what a TV should do best, display an image. I don't even use the tuner in mine. SABC/E-TV? No Thanks.

Problem is large Panels, without the tuner and Smart Software tends to be just as expensive if not more - probably scales of demand. Ah well. You never can win.
