I upgraded my data package to a 3 gig, burnt through my first gig and received an sms to tell me i had used my Bundle

Best i check the upgrade went through ;)
 
ic - it appears the fiasco is only beginning.

I called the lady who deals with our account. She remembers the fax and put me on to another lady who told me she had not received any paper work and that the migration had not been loaded on the system. i gave her all the relevant details and she will get back to me.

I have a fax with confirmation requesting the order. Confirmation was given over the phone that upgrades would be effective from the end of last month.

So i guess i wait to see what is all that is.

Resolved perfectly. Alma at VC headquarters thank you for all your help. Its was quick and helpful.
 
I'd get something in writing to show it was resolved and you are on a 3 gig bundle if I was you, just in case.
 
Lol Was just looking for some pointers befopre i plowed into the beast with demands ;)

Turns out it was an administration error. Migration at the end of the month and they have added a 2 gig bundle to my account for this month.
