SMS Bundle for multiple sim cards

Does anyone know if there is a service provider who has an SMS solution to open 1 sms (bundle) account and have several or as many sim cards share that account?

I am about to manage my clients home security GSM alarms, and we need to have either airtime or SMSs in each and every sim card (device) installed. Off cause we can manage them individually on the service provider's website, but it would be nice if we could just have 1 account and "sub-accounts" for each unit installed.

Only on specials accounts and the cost can be too expensive.

Just get the cheapest top-up contracts from Vodacom then activate a monthly SMS bundle (this will be charged extra). Vodacom use to offer telemetric contracts but did away with that.

I use to have a telemetric contract and now switched it to top-up to save costs. I use SMS in our small business to send out reminders.
