SMS Phishing Scam?

I received the following SMS from +27839202101:

Please note that the address for Standard Bank's new, enhanced cellphone banking site has change to standardbank.mobi. No more SMS's? Reply STOP. SMS cost R1.

Sounds like phishing to me. I won't be rushing off to enter my banking details on a site I don't know, and why would the bank want me to pay R1?

I've just done a whois lookup on that domain, some interesting results:

I got the same sms, always used sbcell.co.za up to now.

You can open it up in a normal browser:

I don't know why the heck they would send this out as a sms though? Pretty stupid if you ask me.
