SMS system that uses keywords

Hi Guys

I have 2 tv programs that i want to let people sms in from but i have no idea where to look(more like what to look for) concerning a sms system that can use keywords to identify a specific sms.

For instance "passie" + name and surname
or "oppikassie" + name and Surname

Then also where can i get those short numbers (like 31050 or something like that)
