Continually get a "message could not be sent , please try again later" for 4 tries of sms'es and on the 5th try it goes through.

Please let me know if the message centres are running at max or if there is general network delays.

This on my prepaid number on the 078 range and my contract number on the 083 range.

im not in office today but send me your details via pm, let me look at that for you, just a question though, have you tried switching the phone off/ on?

Are you still having a problem if so please let me know via PM with your details e.g. your cell number, area you're in and so forth and I'll check it out for you.

Could you also please advise if you check your inbox, sent items drafts and folders please ensure your phone memory isn't too full as that will also cause a problems with not being able to send and receive SMS'S

Nokia 6230 will still receive messages , as sms portion is set to auto delete , mms will receive but not save till the user chooses options to save and delete existing messages to make space for new ones.
