SMTP settings

Hi,

From what I gather, the SMTP server is mail.mtn.co.za when using MTN GPRS/EDGE/3G.

My Nokia Observation camera insists on having a SMTP username and password though ... refusing to have it left blank ... can I use anything in there or should I use something specific?

The other ISP SMTP servers I use no longer allow access outside of their own networks, and the one SMTP server I have that allows authenticated SMTP is giving problems at the moment.

Hi,

Any user name and password should do. The SMTP server should allow any GPRS originated IP to pass through, ignoring user name and password.
