They sorted out my trade-in and tablet claims. My recent ones got approved quickly.

Had a great experience with the staff and Kerry.
 
My trusty S8's USB C port just gave in today after having it for almost 6 years. So I bit the bullet and ordered a 512GB S23 from Snapcraze. Used my credit card just incase. So let's see what happens
 
Thought I'd come to share since I read this thread last week.
I ordered the new iPhone Pro Max on Saturday, also a bit sceptical cause it was cheaper by like R2000 than anywhere else. But I have just now received it and all is in order.
I figured in case anyone else has doubts, at least I got my device. And will use them more since they pretty damn cheap

So the phone has arrived. Seems to be a sealed box. Will check it out after work, might have to pick up a cheapie cover until I get a Spigen case for it

So Snapcraze does seem to be legit. Very happy with the S23 so far. You don't realise how slow the S8 feels until you try something new.

Minor issue is that on their website the order status is Processing right until the second that it is delivered. They did send an email with tracking info late last night and it arrived today. So the 1-3 day delivery is correct

Yeah same, I had no idea what the state was until it was out for delivery. But it was delivered on the 3rd day so not bad.
I checked my serial with Apple and all is legit, warrant from the day of delivery which is nice.
Will definitely use them again
 
I am very impressed with SnapCraze.
This is my second order with them, albeit 3.5years apart.
I have commented in this thread about my order in 2019 and I noted communication could be better because of the value of the devices, but everything went fine. My phone has also lasted the 3.5years with no breakdowns so I also couldn't comment on warranty related stuff.

I placed my latest order yesterday(5 April 2023) at 11:30ish, and it was delivered this morning at around 7:30.
That's less than 24 hours!!!

So they have improved the communication part for me as well.

To be honest I was only expecting my device after the long weekend, but wow man they really came through.
Now granted, the courier could have delivered later today and I would still be just as impressed.
The phone is currently on charge so cant comment if it functioning but im sure all is fine.

The courier was The Courier Guy, and this is the second package they have delivered to me before 8am, next business day.
2 weeks ago I received a 20kg water pump from Nelspruit, which was shipped the Friday and delivered the Monday morning at 7:50.
And now a cellphone shipped the Wednesday and delivered the Thursday before 8am.
I guess im lucky that the driver servicing my area seems to come to me first or very early.
 
OK, so long story short, my insurance paid out to replace my old Note 10, as usual they pay out the amount deducting the excess. having. not want go into my pocket to get a new phone, I googled and found snap craze which seemed to good to be true, so I started digging into their legitimacy inspire other other sales portals (like takeout and loot) and verifications on other trusted sites, which is. how I came across this post.

I can say hands down, Snapcraze is legit, I took a leap (more like a nervous shake inching step) and paid them 24999 for a s23 ultra 512gb, I paid at 9am and it was delivered to me at 2pm, same day! prior to paying I called the number on the site and also saw they were also based in Durban. the lady on the other end acknowledged my skepticism and nervousness, addressed all my concerns I raised from this forum, eg. lack of communication. she kept this in mind, made sure I was updated throughout the day even after it was delivered to check if I was happy with my purchase, I'm yet to call her back because of the backup restoration. I figure I'd come on here, give them props as they deserve it! first thing I downloaded was CPU X to check the cpu, memory and storage, it all checks out. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.

and before Skeptic Sally says "oh look a new account" I'm a MyBroadband lurker, I can count on 1 hand how many times I've logged in, but usually reading the newsletter etc.

Cant confirm because all of my snapcraze devices keep working as expected, but sa warranty claims should be fine.

Most of us claimed tradeins and other extra items So it must be a south african device and also has icasa stickers. If you have issues reach out to Snapcraze and they are quite helpful.

Well, I have my iPhone I bought from them last year, still working 100% fine.
A new member signs up to write 3 posts about Scam with no details :shrug:
 
I am writing this from s22 ultra bought from snapcraze in May 2022. I would still buy them confidently.
 
Ai, can also confirm I bought a purple S23 FE from em last month, took a while for delivery as they had stock issues, someone else got the last unit as I placed my order, but otherwise no problems, phone was brand new, box was still sealed with samsung tape. Definitely going to get my smartwatch from them.

They shipped with the courier guy, waybill made on thursday, collected friday, arrived in jhb on monday.
Their website live chat was more than helpful to get updates on my order.

Overall happy experience with snapcraze.
