Snowball wireless internet

Does anybody have any info on quality of snowball service. I am currently with iburst but not happy. on a 2meg modem getting 0.3mbps and if i am lucky 3 out of 4 pings go through and their advanced tech people say They do not know what's wrong.

I think it is time for a change.

thank you ; had a look. I believe they have a 30 day moneyback guarantee. Will have to abuse it for a month and see :)
I do think even a snail with a note on it's back will be faster than iburst.

I just hate the fact that they cannot give any answer for a -74db connection to have 0.17mbps speeds.
